The University provides support services to students with disabilities, to ensure their inclusion within the academic community.

The University provides support services to students with disabilities to ensure their full inclusion within the academic community. These services are available throughout the student’s academic career, from guidance and programme choice to admission tests, enrolment, and graduation. A range of customized services can be arranged upon request.

SERVICES FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIFIC LEARNING DISABILITIES (SLD)

To guarantee equal rights, education, and social integration within the university community, the University of Milan offers support services to students with specific learning disabilities. These services are available for the entire duration of the student’s academic career, including guidance, programme choice, admission tests, enrolment, and graduation. Customized services can be arranged upon request.

COSP also provides a Counselling Service for enrolled students and graduates. This free individual service supports students facing temporary difficulties in their studies that may affect academic performance or adaptation to university life.

Two types of free counselling are available:

• counselling on study methods
• counselling for emotional difficulties.
